DiSC® in the Libraries

4 basic styles and 8 priorities

Everything DiSC® Workplace

What are your preferences and tendencies?

Everything DiSC Workplace® was selected by our Library Dean and Associate Deans as an organizational development effort for our full-time library employees. Everything DiSC® measures behavioral preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. DiSC describes four basic styles: D (Dominant), i (Influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness). Participants of these workshops receive personalized insights to deepen the understanding of self and others. Appreciating differences in our work styles can lead to more successful interactions across individuals and groups. Me, we, and together are aspects of DiSC’s workshop rollout plan. If you have completed your DiSC questionnaire, you can log in to see your results here.
